​2. If you are running late, please notify us at (443) 461-4436. 

3. Your session begins at the time you booked (this includes set-up).

​4. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your session. If you have any issues rescheduling or canceling, text (443) 461-4436. Please include your first and last name and session date and time.

Studios are booked in advance. If you fail to show up to your session with no notice, it's a waste of money and time. Failure to show up for a session prevents other clients from booking a session. Please be courteous to our staff and other clients. 

5. Each session requires a 40% (non-refundable) deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the start of your session. 

6. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. 

7. You can only reschedule once under the same deposit. 

Returns & exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds or exchanges are issued only if items are defective or damaged upon arrival shipping. In this case, please contact us as soon as your package arrives at
