OUR POLICY
(rescheduling, cancellation, and studio ettiquette)

1. NO BAD VIBES. Please do not carry bad vibes into a space shared with others.

     Leave it at home, on the bus, on the train, in the car, anywhere except the studio. 

2. All appointments require a card on file. 

​3. No-Call No-Show?  You will be charged for the remaining balance of your session and can no longer book in the future.

Why? Studios are booked in advance. If you fail to show up to your session, it's a waste of money and time. Failure to show up for a session prevents other clients from booking a session. Please be courteous to our staff and other clients. 

​4. If you are running late, please notify us at (443) 461-4436. 

5. Your session begins at the time you booked. We are not responsible if you do not have enough time to shoot every look. Again, please be courteous of everyone's time, including your own.

​6. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your session. If you have any issues rescheduling or canceling, text (443) 461-4436. Please include your first and last name and session date and time.

7. If you are trying to cancel within 48 hours of your session, you may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

8. Each session requires a 40% (non-refundable) deposit.

9. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. 

10. You can only reschedule once under the same deposit. 

  


 
 

                                                 Masks are required. Please wear one throughout the studio when you are not being serviced.
